Growing up in Lebanon, if you walked into any home, the smell of food would follow you back out. Neighbors gathered for coffee, shared kitchens, carried pots between homes, and cooked together. Between spoons hitting pots, vine leaves being rolled, and spices filling the air, my love for cooking was born.

When I moved away from Lebanon, I found myself chasing the scents, sounds, and warmth of home. The kitchen became my refuge, a place where hands learned patience, flavors unfolded slowly, and every dish became a quiet conversation with home. Every recipe I recreated was a way of carrying home with me, one dish at a time.

What began as cooking for comfort slowly turned into something bigger. Recipes traveled through messages, screens, and shared moments around food. That's how Her Highness Kitchen became an idea — and eventually a reality.
