Growing up in Lebanon, the kitchen was always the heart of our home. My mother and grandmother would spend hours preparing mezze spreads that brought the whole family together. Every dish told a story, every recipe carried generations of love.

When I moved away from Lebanon, I found myself longing for those familiar flavors. The kitchen became my refuge, where I turned homesickness into flavor. Recreating my family's recipes became my way of staying connected to home, no matter how far away I was.

Friends started asking me to teach them. What began as casual kitchen sessions turned into something more — a passion for sharing these cherished recipes with anyone who wanted to learn. Her Highness Kitchen was born from that simple desire to spread the warmth of Lebanese cooking.

Today, I teach people from all over the world how to cook authentic Lebanese food. My goal is simple: to help you bring the same warmth, flavor, and love to your own kitchen that I experienced growing up.
